Knows about FIFO. Sometimes help out front by

bussing tables, polishing cutlery, filling ice for drinks,

has helped serve as well. Helped move tables for a

large party for the restaurant. Sweep and mop during

the day and scrub the flour and the end of the night.

Has trained a couple of people. Does anything else

that needs attention to.
