Main Concerns and Responsibilities:
As a Logistic and Procurement Officer, my main concern covers the daily procurement activities, evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, preparing reports maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, and maintaining accurate records. Manage and negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.
Performs the following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
Reviewing, As per TBE & CBE comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased
Maintaining and updating supplier list and information such as contact details, qualifications, delivery times,
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate payment terms and prices regularly
Initiate and keep track of orders
