• Oversee day-to-day operations. Organized all incoming materials, ensured all material/parts are correct. Ensured payroll and scheduling was done correctly and in a timely manner. Overseen up to six employees with different skills and abilities, positioned them were they were the biggest asset and most useful.

• Ensured customers' repairs were done in a timely manner.

• Estimated repairs off site when vehicle was unable to be mobile. • Estimated the repair cost to customers and options to reduce the overall cost of the repairs, with a realistic time frame. Kept an open flow of communication throughout the process with the customer and once repairs were completed to ensure no other safety issues needed to be addressed. • Met with Insurance claim adjusters for estimated repairs cost and minimize the cost of replacements parts and repairs. Researched the least expensive option when ordering parts.

• Assisted with removing damaged components and preparing the vehicle for repairs. Reassemble, tested and meet safety qualifications once vehicle is repaired
