Summary
I am currently seeking long-term part-time employment with a stable and well established company or organization. My goal is to be afforded the opportunity to use my best skills and the freedom to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Assisting Operations with the weekly Management Meeting: Setting up the conference and processing updates to the Management Meeting Report.

Training and signing certificate for front desk coverage: Extensive phone and front desk procedures.
Assisting Engineering: Processing engineering updates to the weekly Management Meeting Report, typing travel authorizations.
Calendaring for employee vacations and call-outs (Google Calendar), scheduling and preparing for meetings (i.e. Board meeting) and various other meetings.
Composing and sending email and letters.
Preparing for and setting up for FAA quarterly five-day visits.
Processing Vacation Requests.
