University. I interned for over 40 hours a week for a 6-month Time span learning all skills and assets in case management. I Perform initial assessment on new and returning clients. Answer, document, and resolve or escalate incoming telephone, fax, and email inquiries. Follow up with clients, providing key information and documenting interactions.
