Clear Spring Insurance – Administrative Assistant to CFO -=June to July 2024

• Took notes of company meetings

• Created combined spreadsheets of combined documents.

• Created PowerPoint presentations introducing everyone and their position.

• Sent emails, and made calls per CFO's request

Licensed Insurance Specialist May 23-2015 – June 10, 2022 Personal Lines – Home, Auto, Boat, Motorcycle

• Listened closely to clients' needs and current predicament to give the best professional opinion of what type of insurance policy to offer.

• Expert at consulting and educating clients on the way insurance works, and why it is so important to have the right coverage.

• Knowledge of using Epic Applied Systems (which was a database of current and potential customers, addresses, phone numbers, and active and past insurance information, and all documents about them)

• Extremely sales driven, Hit Number 2 in the entire company, and won an all-expense paid trip to Maui Hawaii for highest insurance policy sales in 2021 and was already number 2 for the trip for next year to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. I had an average of a 900,000 book of business that would fluctuate from one million to 900,000 (usually due to clients seeking lower insurance before I could speak with them).

• Use of all Microsoft programs such as Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and word, use of MS Teams for meetings, and I type close to 70 wpm.

• Highly compassionate for the elderly: (As our clients age- the board of insurance sees them as a risk for driving) The dwelling amount on homeowners increased due to the housing market, and the cost of building materials. I constantly looked for other ways to help them.

• Problem-solving Skills-To help resolve the previously mentioned issue for example- I would switch their insurance to another company that we are also licensed to write for such as Progressive, Travelers, Safeco, Grange, or Bristol West. Although it meant less commission for me, humanity and people are always first. I used my opportunity in Hawaii to voice these issues to the CEO and Head of marketing to make provisions for people who have been faithful clients for 30 to 50 years. Elderly widows would sometimes be at a disadvantage pricewise yet wished to remain faithful clients of AAA insurance. My solution was a suggestion of a different kind of loyalty discount that could offset the required increase in premium. They expressed an interest in looking into how to best implement that on a national level. Customers expressed appreciation for the noticeable fact that I would always go out of my way to explain or correct issues.

• Inbound and Outbound calls- I was responsible for making 40 to 50 calls per day from my book of business. I also took inbound calls from websites.

• Marketing- I was always initiative-taking to market myself to market myself with business cards and brochures with my photo on it, to surrounding businesses, such as apartment complexes that required renter’s insurance. From my previous time of working as a leasing agent, I knew that they would put Nichelle L. Jackson
