● Delivered Terminal management system for Marathon Hauling customers to have access to all Marathon terminals in the United States for loading of product to trucks. This included creating a system to emulate a prior system that was no longer viable and also add new features for enhanced functionality. Highlights include:

● Application serves just over 100 terminals.

● Defined scope and project success criteria, established and managed program budget and financial plans, planned and scheduled program timelines and milestones, by proactively managing changes in program scope and devising contingency plans.

● Managed program communications by delivering executive presentations and liaising with stakeholders.

● Oversaw the process of migrating data transfer from the prior system to the Salesforce platform. This includes creating templates in Excel to translate and format the data from one system to another. This also included loading data from the input and the Salesforce side into a database and creating Stored Procedures to validate the data.

● Provided Hypercare support after implementation was complete.
