Description: $25/hour. Full Time with overtime M-F 7AM-3:30PM.

Fast paced utility of graphic design software. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Review order info and purchase order documents for art instructions and complete art setups from art processing queue, send art proof when requested. Communicate with CSR to resolve any order clarifications and gather missing art files. Complete quality assurance queue for art setups after art completion to ensure art is set up properly for press. Set up artwork for press printing. Scan and deliver order-paperwork to specified departments.

Creating new art templates. Revamping existing art templates to better portray imprints and labeling on all products to aid with art proofing. Adding virtual mockups to every applicable art template to aid with art proofing. Assisting with product development. Creating print areas and art templates for new products. Creating jigs for production to use for printing and label application on new and existing products. Assist with creating virtual marketing boards for requested products. Update labeling drug fact information to pass FDA requirements when needed.

Dye Sublimation: Prepare art files for printing onto transfer paper. Apply art to specific product templates and determine how many frames of art are needed per order. Write up daily shipping schedule and enter to system each morning. Enter each job into scanning and in-house tracking system. Organize daily jobs and ensure that every order required to ship gets completed and packed and scanned onto shipping floor in correct pack outs and box quantities, per shipping methods. Issue tasks to workers, and machine operators throughout the day. Supervise, and participate with workers throughout the day. Quality control or ensure that each job has been checked and completed and packed out to ship. Organize and set up orders to keep workers busy when we are done daily jobs, run and maintain machinery when needed. Operate forklift daily. Machinery includes label applicator machines, shrink wrapping machines, paper cutter and guillotine machines. Training new employees on machines, products, set up methods, pack outs, etc. All machinery requires adjustments and set up when changing over to a different item being run, knowledge of the set up and maintenance of the machines is very important.
