It is my job to perform relaxing services to clients while also providing great customer service skills. I mostly perform hair cutting services, but I also do chemical services as well. It is my job to assist clients with maintaining healthy hair, while educating them on how to adapt to healthy hair practices at home.

Motivated customer service specialist, responsible for assisting clients with daily banking. I would help clients better understand how to use online banking. My job was to walk clients through performing tasks using the banking app over the phone, or using screen share in order to be able to tell clients exactly what they need to do using online banking.

Human services representative in charge of assisting 25 staff members to propel towards set goals. It was my duty to educate employees on their benefits. I was also responsible for filing employee paperwork such as time off requests, background check information, completion of training, etc.
