Last Projects Completed

Medtronic, Memphis: Installed complete gas piping system in a 2,200,000 and tie ins to 14 Air Turn Over split systems that are 50 feet in height and 10-foot square Installed 14 air cool chillers and installed all refrigeration piping to the multi cools ATO’s, Layout and install 2 medium pressure stem boilers and designed piped entire boiler mechanical room including makeup water systems. Installed 16 variable tonnage split systems and all line sets. Hilton Hotel, Nashville TN: Installed a complete chilled water system from twin chillers on the roof-to-roof top mechanical room and down to the ground floor, of a 10 story Hilton Hotel in Nashville TN. Furnishing chilled water to AC stack cooling system. Three story multi use building Germantown, Shelby County, installed 8,000 feet of the gas piping rough in from meter thru out the building on each floor and the roof top, most of the system where welded 5lb gas delivery which means it had to be welded pipe as per code. Installed all pressure regulators and tie all gar fired equipment in. Tested @100lb for 24 hours and code inspected. Collierville High School: Installed 28,000 feet of gas piping (6 inch to inch) on this $100,000,000 project. Fab and installed PRV stations and Tie Ins to 84 RTUs, Kitchen equipment and other heating equipment. Set curbs and the RTU’s. Installed multiple split systems, Including line sets and tie ins.

Pandra Plant: Memphis TN. Installed Cooling Towers condensing water cooling system to multiple plant equipment, heat exchangers and the plant gas piping. The condenser water cooling system was a 6-inch piping system, 4,000 feet. Install pump skid with twin pumps and pipe to cooling tower. Installed cooling tower and pipe. Installed glycol after system testing. Currently Employed:
