I am hardworking and experienced in the professions that I have encountered. I have proven knowledge in experiencing individuals that are struggling with mental health crisis. My goal is aiming to leverage my abilities to successfully fill a role at your company. In addition, I’m also results-orientated in the profession with experience in crisis intervention, reading over individual crisis intervention plans, going over, and providing incite on coping skills, triggers and how to regulate emotions to problem solve, and my communication skills are very adequate and empathic. I’m frequently praised as proactive by peers; I can be relied upon to help your company achieve its goals.
With the experience that I’ve endured, I have discovered knowledge of advocacy and behavior management. I am familiar with adjusting to fast paced environments with multitasking, great time management skills, monitoring and seeing any ques of change in client’s behavior, and I have the mindset to be focused and resilient. I have had the opportunity to be able to help clients resolve difficult situations by demonstrating and administering group activities that are crucial and beneficial to treatment. Lastly, I am currently enrolled as a student at SUNY Canton. My major that I’m studying for is Applied Psychology. I have a 3.8 GPA at college and I’m on the dean’s list. In the fall I will be having the opportunity to study and take courses to get the Alcohol substance Abuse Counselor certificate. Once I get my Bachelors, I would like to go for my master’s degree in social Working. I am looking forward to gaining valuable experience and to be able to share ideas and beneficial ways to help individuals through difficult times.
