RESPONSIBILITES:

Carrying out the Scheduled maintenance jobs after obtaining the necessary work permits from Operations

Reporting to Manger and KNPC/KOC personnel about the status of jobs, materials required and the jobs to be planned for the next day/week

Leading and directing a group of Engineer/ Supervisor and Forman / Mechanical technician, Pipe fitters and labourers

Managed working groups for up to 40 mechanical technicians. Planning, scheduling, organize and supervise activities related to Erection and Installation, and Work Packs preparations .

Ensuring all required Quality Control Procedures is made and the project execution in compliance with the approved Quality Control Procedures and relevant Codes & Standards.

Annual turn around planning like preparation of different maintenance job packages, planning of man power, materials, spares, tools and tackles and other resources.

Conducting Tool box talks, creating awareness about Hazards and stressing the importance of PPE among the subordinates

Responsible for Mechanical equipment maintenance & troubleshooting activities in refinery & petrochemical industries including preventive predictive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance

Carrying out the Project/maintenance jobs as per the standard procedures and Equipment manual

Preparations of All Document Method Statement, Work Procedures, Weekly Plan, Schedule .

Rigging Plan and all Rigging activity Procedures Preparations.

All Equipment Box inspection and acceptance in accordance with criteria, facilities cleaning, purging and flushing before readiness for use certification. Non used commissioning spares preservation and storage.

Site details modifications and P&ID revision to eliminate faults in accordance with client requirements.

Served as point of contact for maintenance technicians and facilities managers to improve coordination during maintenance projects and increase work efficiency.

Manage new equipment installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and flawless start up.

Crane Using Erection Upto 500 ton .

Preservation, Oil Top up, Greasing And Unit Running checking Visual
