Overview
Most of my skills are kitchen based. I know how to use a slicer, oven, stove top, grill top, mixer. Knife ability is good and I'm responsible.

For this job, I was a dishwasher/maintaince (cleaned floors, took out garbage, mopped dining room after service.)
My duties begain to increase as I started putting away food orders and taking care of the cleaniness of walk in boxes/freeezers.
I moved up to prep cook after being taught/instructed.
MAY 2016 - PRESENT
Grounds For Sculpture (Van Gogh), Hamilton, NJ-Prep Cook
Started at the Peacock cafe, washing dishes and busing tables. Normal labor work throughtout he day.
Moved over to the Van Gogh cafe after a year and began doing prep work again.
Began working with salads and sandwiches. I also made little things like Tapas (chese plates), Dip Duos (hummus and tzatiki).
I know how to use a slicer, I can work a grill. I know how to use a stove and the safety habits when it comes to working around dnagerous equipment.
I also do invertory.
Side Notes:
I can work well under pressure.
Im a quick learner and I dont mind asking questions if I dont understand something.
I am also puncctual and can be a team player with anyone I work with.
