• Reviews customer problems and initiates standard action for repair or replacement, and returns, which includes working with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and accounting to identify problem areas and assist in providing options and resolutions, as necessary. Interfaces with and communicates to internal and external customers on miscues (delayed shipments, shortage of materials, etc.) and explains circumstances.
