Responsible for ensuring the Bank’s consumer and business lending products and practices are compliant with all applicable state and federal lending laws and regulations and related company policies and procedures - working closely with Senior Management to establish compliance risk management procedures that are consistent with the Bank’s Compliance Risk Management Program and Policy, and for ensuring the procedures are observed for reporting to the Board of Directors on their ongoing implementation.

Partner with Corporate Compliance and Audit Departments Act as liaison between business unit management and Corporate Compliance/Internal Audit, assisting in collecting requested items for reviews, audits and exams.
