• Running bi-weekly office payroll and checking time clock hours for employees.

• Making sure any and all medical clearance, x-rays, doctor notes, etc are complete and reviewed before the patient is with the doctor.

• Making sure any and all credentialing is done in a timely manner for the office. This is, while not necessarily difficult, extremely important because our office at this time is primarily based in state insurance programs. They require credentialing every 60 days and with four doctors it does get time consuming. It is also vital that this is done properly to ensure our office insurance contracts stay current and up to date.
