Make sure all Sub-contractor will follow the PPM Plan schedule with PTW

Prepare equipment forms for daily monitoring -Water, Electricity, Temperature

Prepare equipment checklist reports for documentation

Supervise post construction, post occupancy for newly renovated office space and show room

Assist building contractor and provide information they needed

Prepare all equipment are always ready to use and in good condition

Prepare Technical report, RCA thru SIR – Site inspection report

Monitor all building contractor activities

Coordinate to Facilities Manager all equipment concern related to maintenance issue

Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil and works activity in all Client area and

Common area

Prepare all document for Civil defense, ISO, safety audit, Client audit and Internal audit for the building

Ensure all materials require have stock always available and with records, coordinate to store keeper
