EXPERIENCE: E Dillon Company-Honaker, VA (Oct. 2016 – Current)-Customer Service & Logistics Manager – (Bonded in State of Virginia)

Assist Sales Manager with pricing, quotes and setup of accounts. Managing the Customer Service department to ensure that all loads are scheduled, picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Oversee and assist with the logistics of loading the truck to delivering product and collecting the money from customer. Run scales for the weighmasters if necessary. Working with production to ensure that orders are filled, that material is made and bagged per customer’s requests. Implemented and installed ELD log system in the trucks, troubleshooting the system until each truck was operating with ELD’s effectively. Also, making sure that the drivers have the proper training to operate the ELD’s efficiently. Assisting with various projects throughout the company. Creating invoices on two different companies SAP data based programs, in addition to helping with our own system, and maintaining price changes and price schedules as well as haul rates. Scheduling loads for OTR, (Coast to Coast), making sure that all customer requests are carried out to their wishes and all loads are delivered on time. Also, responsible for scheduling, loading and delivery of shipments by rail. Management of the weighmasters and drivers in the department. Managing hours, breaks, sick time, and vacation time. Running data for daily and monthly reporting sending to appropriate managers. Also doing analysis on truck fleet maintenance and cost effectiveness. Carrying out safety meetings with drivers, some safety training with outside carriers and onsite specific training for all vendors and customers coming onto the property. Working with Trimble, GeoTab, AFC/PetroVend fuel system, NS Access (rail system), RT, Fast Weigh, VA State Plaid system, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook. On call for both truck shifts for any issues or questions. Implemented a second shift to bring in more revenue to the fleet and help with costs.

Enlink MIdstream, Eureka/Bells Run/Nutter Station (Feb. 2013-Sept. 2016) – Logistics Coordinator

Assisting management with the fleet. Coordinate and schedule all loads for the trucks in the ORV. Gather information and coordinate loads for pickup, assign to drivers, ensure that drivers have all the information they need to collect the fluid (such as directions and special instructions.) Work with drivers to ensure safety, and efficiency. Help with coordinating days off, vacation time and sick time for drivers. Also, work closely with producers with various companies for the most effective way to get their fluids quickly and safely to our facilities for market. Responsible for being available for our drivers 24 hours a day 7 days a week and also a point of contact for many producers and their employees. Working with TMW, CMS, People Net, Microsoft Word and Excel.
