Support the Government with completion of Will Cost Estimate (WCE), Should Cost Estimate (SCE), and Ready-To-Start Estimate (RTSE) objective recommendations.

Conduct Risk Management/Analysis and Cost Management/Analysis, and perform installation progress tracking.

Submit lessons learned for assigned projects and provide continuous improvement

recommendations.

Participate in Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD) events, Planning and Execution meetings for assigned tasks, Availability Kick-Off, 25%, 50% and 75% progress briefs and Regional Maintenance Center Production Management Meetings.

Responsible for creating the VAC Project which is tasked to acquire, develop and build Virginia Class maintenance capabilities, tooling, equipment and facilities to support future multiple Virginia Class submarine availabilities, ship alterations and back-fits at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF.

Since 2016, led VAC project execute and purchase an excess of $14 million of nuclear and non-nuclear tooling and equipment for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF.

Chaired regularly scheduled VACL Program phone calls with naval shipyards (Portsmouth, Norfolk and Puget) & NAVSEA (Naval Sea Systems Command).

Led team to research, design and eventual construction of the Uniform Mast Modules (UMM) Facility in 2017 that was credited with the successful UMM repairs of the USS Missouri EDSRA FY18 and USS Mississippi EDSRA FY21 availabilities PHNSY & IMF.

Virginia Class Program Manager responsible for establishing and executing the VACL Knowledge Sharing program with the other public Naval Shipyards (NSY) including Portsmouth, Norfolk and Puget Naval Shipyards.

With a yearly $750,000 travel budget, led the VACL Program to coordinate numerous travel groups for Virginia Class maintenance knowledge sharing, acquiring lessons learned, technical and strategic management, planning and execution strategies, visits to Virginia Class submarine new construction SUPSHIP, Groton, Connecticut and Virginia Class maintenance Hot Washes at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and NAVSEA Head Quarters, Washington Navy Yard.

Assigned as the Virginia Class (VACL) Program Manager in Code 300 since 2015, led the efforts to increase VACL maintenance capacity and capability at PHNSY & IMF.

Responsible for planning, coordinating and hosting several working group conferences, peer-to-peer reviews and shared lesson learned including the LVA conferences FY18 and FY21 held in PHNSY & IMF and SSTG Magnetic Bearing maintenance conference FY19 held in Dover, New Hampshire.
