Overview

Management of CST Payzim System. CST Zimbabwe through its subsidiary Wow Bank Cards, is developing Banking System in collaboration with CBZ. The CST Banking System (Payzim) will interface with the CBZ main banking system for the purposes of enabling CST customers to transact. CST has customers in the form of clubs which are also called cells. The cells are categorized depending on the area of specialization. They are cells for football clubs (Dynamos, Highlanders, Caps United etc), cells for Farmers organisations, churches etc. The Payzim system manages members of these cells and members should be able to transact on the Payzim system which is integrated to CBZ Banking System. Responsibilities and Tasks

• Supervises a team of Systems Analysts and Developers in the design, and specification, testing, implementation and support of the Payzim System.

• Ensures that resources and tools are available to analysts and developers so that system delivery targets are met and the quality of work is not compromised.
