Issue Being Appealed: Overpayment

Reason for Appeal: I just got this letter yesterday, March 27 2024 I am appealing this due to my income not able to support overpayment. Also, I did not have an overpayment all the money went to the other vehicle. I got 5100+900 went to a vehicle from the 8500 that I got from selling my vehicle. The rest of it went into my savings account due to I was allowed to have 2000 or under in there but then I went and I spent it all on bills or clothes that I need for me or my grandson.
