Please take a moment to answer these questions as this makes it much easier for me to speak with the approver. This gives me a little insight to your background and makes it much better to decide who you may be a better fit for finance.

1. Are you purchasing this trailer for yourself or another person? Are you purchasing this trailer for someone else, father, niece, wife, etc? Why, please explain.

2. Who will be working this trailer, you, partner, family member, hired help?

3. Have you or your partner, etc. ever had a restaurant or concession trailer before? If so do you still have an active checking account, FEIN, or a sales tax number for the business, or anything to tie you to the business? What is the business name for your new venture?

4. Are you planning for this to be your sole income, quitting your present job, working weekends only, expanding your catering business ? Please explain. Will you be working shows or on a permanent location.

5. If you checked permanent location will you, a family member or a friend own the property for the permanent location?

6. What made you have an interest in the restaurant/concession business? Past experience in the concession/restaurant business, have a relative you helped out, worked for someone else, or grew up in the industry.
