Serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Southeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group (SE-MARSG). Assisted with managing the Talent Management data, culture, communication and execution of providing medical support for both current and future medical operations and mission requirements and staff processes for over 1500 personnel, both military and civilian. Used change and process management techniques to reorganize the unit’s task organization to better support exercises, then identified required capabilities and recruited the right personnel to reach the goals.

Successfully planned and/or oversaw the planning and execution of multiple medical exercises with Global Medical assets; each with budgets of over $1.8 million to support over 20 units and over 2000 military personnel. Utilized entirely new exercise constructs as the norm, sometimes with no external support, setting the stage for all Army Reserve medical exercises from 2018 to present.

The completion of this version was to assist the management of over 1 million lines of medical equipment to support over 10,000 Soldiers.
