During first year, I built a seed business from conception through execution to realization of 23,750 seed acres:

(5,562 corn units • 10,592 bean units • 12,646 treatment units • 9 digital platform accts).

Served as a member of the upper management team, setting direction for Sun Ag, completely reforming the Sun Ag business model through changes in hierarchy, salesmen compensation, role structure, market strategy.
