Payroll Management / Compensation & Benefits (C&B):

Administered company-wide compensation and benefit plans.

Perform all data entry (attendance, vacations, resignations, overtime, leave Management

(LMS), bonuses, recruitment information and others) relating to payroll to ensure all information is correctly and timely processed on the payroll system.

Reconcile all payroll data to ensure that any changes or amendments for the month are accurately made and are duly supported by the necessary documentation.

Authenticate payroll data whether according to said norms of government gazette.

Assure clearance process, Relieving & Authenticate payroll data about full and final settlement and reconciliation with finance.

Maintain any relevant documents pertaining to payroll in order to ensure availability for future reference.

Oversaw compensation (C&B) structure (WPS process at GCC) for all employees and helped structure performance reviews oriented around these levels.

Follow up about opening bank account to the newly joined employees (Bank Account & Paycard) & clarify any issues or grievances related to salaries.
