Responsibilities:

• Perform daily preventive maintenance checks and maintain logs on cathodic protection rectifier units, generators, and air compressors etc.

• Install, maintain and repair cathodic protection rectifier system.

• Perform field survey/inspection to evaluate the effectiveness of the cathodic protection rectifier system.

• Carry out scheduled maintenance on the generators and air compressors.

• Ensure adequate spares for the smooth running of the facility.

• Test and verify system installation earthing integrity.

• Troubleshoot breakdowns and resolve any faults or abnormalities of electrical equipment and Instruments.

• Notify the supervisor about any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts.

• Ensure constant power availability in the plant and accommodation building.

• Troubleshoot and rectify faults on all Electrical/Process Instruments such as PLC, gauges, valves, actuators, transmitters, Fire alarm systems, and utilities.

• Develop and maintain checklists for regular equipment inspections and maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoot generator issues, diagnose faults, and implement appropriate rectification measures to minimize downtime.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.

• Keep accurate records of operational parameters, maintenance activities, equipment status, and performance metrics.

• Startup and monitoring of flowstation

• Align wells to flowstation manifolds
