Captain, US Army- Company commander with seven platoons. Planned operations and served as plans officer coordinating teams and organizations to solve critical work. All of my last nine project have successfully provided the outcomes for which they were chartered.

1.Implementation of ESHB 2076 Transportation Network Divers

a.Project included collaboration with 12 management teams and their staffs.

b.74 deliverables including a new case management system, new operational unit, rules changes, insurance process updates, language translations, training for staff

2.Implement a CRM using MS Dynamics for Department of Health

a.Integrate contacts for Washington licensed health care providers. Emergency response staff, and Washington tribal contacts.

b.System design and functionality

3.Implement WA Health Application for vaccine verification. Simple app connected to vaccine health care records.

4.Consolidate over 2 million overstock items in 26 IT stockrooms as part of Providence Health Systems (PHS) tech modernization supporting a follow-on project for a web store.

5.Desktop refresh for PHS as a PM and vendor manager with Insight Global to replace 10,500 devices in five states with a 70-person team over a six month period.

6.Change management project to work through employee issues with Dell Ready Tech deployment.

7.Create a Community Health Unit with a first mission of mobile vaccinations for WA Department of Health. Included four mobile units, equipment purchases and staging, operational documentation, SMARTSHEET scheduling and resource management application, purchase of four vehicles including, configuration diagramming, and vendor construction management.

8.Covid-19 Distribution planning with pharmacies, long-term care, and teachers while leading a team of other managers planning for mass vaccine sites, agriculture, fishing fleets.

9.Logistics Planning for Covid-19 vaccine distribution for State of Washington. Authored the strategic plan for vaccine distribution process with planning team. Lead WA state with access to CDC Tiberius application for inventory management and distribution planning with providers from healthcare facilities, and long-term care.

10.Consulting on project and program planning for a number of technology solutions and provided planning process and tools to multiple leadership teams during the same period.

As a senior project manager for Department of Licensing completed seven projects and planned phased deliveries of the following projects: Business Licensing System refactor, Database and application migration 600 separate applications/DBs to 2016 standards, COTs procurement, disaster recovery planning, TFS upgrade to ADO, vehicle licensing application transfer from Department of Revenue to Department of Licensing, Discovery project to develop a roadmap for cloud migration.

Alaska Air Group; Inflight mobile device, FAA Safety process improvement projects

Boeing; Completed over 100 full cycle projects to development courses for industry working with small teams in supplier management, procurement, LEAN, project management, manufacturing and quality. Projects included; curriculum development for LSSBB, and LSSGB, procurement negotiations, and manufacturing of cutting tools, laser measuring devices, composites, and many other topics.
