The BJMP is an attached agency of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) mandated to direct, supervise, and control the administration and operation of all district, city, and municipal jails in the Philippines with pronged tasks of safekeeping and development of its inmates, officially classed as persons deprived of liberty (PDL).
Suppressed the inception of illegal drugs in the jail facilities being the team leader in the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) deputized agents, investigators, and intelligence agents, and led the team to monitor fellow uniformed personnel, inmates, and visitors involving illegal activities.
Drastically reduced the proliferation of illegal drugs to 85% inside jail facilities during the first 2 year operations from 2014 to 2016 for the intensified drug eradication campaign program for the total population of more than 3,000 inmates in the region.
Arrested 68 persons confiscated with illegal drugs in the jail facilities (35% were inmates and 65% were visitors) and filed criminal charges before the Prosecutor’s Office and further penalized through the judgment in the Regional Trial Court.
Assigned as the Regional Hostage Negotiator for all jail hostage-taking situations.
Led to conduct training for Junior Jail Officer Investigators along with the selected Hostage Negotiators.
Cleared the jail facility with a 0% percent presence of illegal drugs from 2017 to 2018 until retirement.

Magallanes Central Fire Station is a municipal fire station under the administration of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) which is one of the government bodies in the Philippines responsible for the provision of fire services. It is under the jurisdiction of the Department of the Interior and Local Government. As a Volunteer Fire Brigade, these are the responsibilities and duties I followed:
Participated in regular drills and training sessions to keep skills up-to-date and to develop strategies for the containment of fires based on environmental factors such as wind direction and fuel sources.
Assisted in the set-up of fire suppression equipment such as hoses, nozzles, and ladders.
Inspected and maintained firefighting gear to ensure proper functioning.
Responded to emergency calls, providing first aid where necessary and provided support during hazardous material incidents, including cleaning up spills and containing the area.
Communicated with other members of the team to coordinate activities at a scene and maintained records of incident reports, vehicle maintenance logs, and call logs.
Attended community events to promote information drive on fire safety awareness initiatives.
