I worked for Pfizer as a Professional Service Officer- PSO - from 1978 to 1987. This role involved actively liaising with Stockists, five in numbers, and keeping each one adequately booked with the range of Pfizer products then visiting General Practitioners, Consultants, Hospitals to create prescription demand in the market and also making sure that Retail pharmacies kept medicines to sell against prescriptions.
