Formed own company Agpang Balangkas and was under a consultancy contract for two years for the second Hotel under the Solaire Resorts brand and the first 7-star Luxury Hotel and Casino located in the Ayala Land Vertis North Estate in Quezon City.

• Responsible for the day-to-day project and construction management of the company.

• Involved initially in the tendering of architect-of-record (AOR) and structural design consultants.

• Managed the architect-of-record (AOR) and Structural consultants and client stakeholders from concept to design development.

• Took the lead role in starting the pre and construction requirements.

• Managed the daily construction activities from design coordination, programme meetings, construction meetings and workshops to resolve any construction and design issues.

(A&A) requirements of Solaire. They are the exclusive interior designers for Front-of-House and Hotel and Casino of Solaire. Under the advise of Solaire, project management team was transferred from Habitus management to Pureprojects. Habitus concentrated purely on interior design.
