Duties/Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for cluster formation, mobilization and upscale knowledge and skill of shrimp farming clusters in the assigned district of SCMF project.

2.Maintain day-to-day communication with DPD, DFOs and SUFOs for smooth operation of the project

3.Design, planning and execution of orientation/training events for the field level DoF officials, enumerators, cluster facilitators and respective shrimp farming clusters towards achieving the project goal.

4.Assist shrimp farming clusters in developing cluster business plans for SCMF Project matching grants.

5.Encourage potential private and public sectors to participate and invest in supply chain interventions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing marketing and business support and linkages to the SaFaL supported households to become successful agro entrepreneurs in the assigned area.

3. Forecast demand and supply by collecting data from producer groups and make bridging between buyers and producer

Duties/Responsibilities:

1.Work in coordination with the Senior/District Manager and staff of the PNGOs to implement field activities for increasing farm productivity and income of the project beneficiaries through adopting improved technologies.

2.Work closely with PNGOs staffs in identifying proper locations, direct beneficiary farming households, market actors and service providers for implementing project activities.
