• Detailed feasibility & RFQ study of future projects for assigned customers.

• Conducting APQP meetings among CFTs to establish project timeline.

• Emission test data analysis for commercial vehicles (BS VI), tractors (TREM IV/V), construction equipment vehicle (CEV IV/V) & Gensets (CPCB II/CPCB IV+) applications.

• Catalytic converter type, size calculations and precious group metal loading finalization with CFTs based on the provided engineering targets.

• Drafting final proposal for customer post specification finalization.

• Supervising 3D development for proto build in line with customer approved proposal.

• Conducting product design reviews involving CFTs at assembly/child part level thereby catering needs for DFM & DFA.

• Responsible for continuous internal follow-ups among CFTs so as to adhere the timeline established in APQP meeting.

• Responsible for customer follow-ups and updating design team about any design change requested by customer.

• Involving CFTs for customer issue resolution reported during emission testing and field trails.

• ECR and ECO/ECN creation for design changes suggested by CFTs or Customer post customer approval.

• Supporting structural simulations in line with customer provided boundary conditions and G-loads, suggest local design changes to design team based on the stress contours obtained from simulation.

• Maintaining TGR/TGW and referring the same as and when required thereby reducing similar errors in upcoming projects.

• Actively participating in VA-VE activities and implementing the same from time to time. Major Customers
