2022 to Present - Staffing-Travel Ops Specialist (Remote) Matrix Medical Network – 9201 E Mountain View Road, Scottsdale AZ

• Provided staffing for multiple work sites for Clinical Solutions using current and new Provider’s to meet requirements, licenses and support to manage the expectation of services required to the client

• Utilized the Clinical Operations Credentialing site to locate Providers with National Registration of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) license and states licensed to provide qualified Practioner’s to satisfy requirements to perform duties essential for the client

• Prepared and submitted Assignment Agreements for staff who qualified for working a minimum of four (4) week assignments at job locations for Clinical Solutions

• Created work schedules in When I Work (WIW) to ensure staff and Clinical/Operations Managers were able to view, notify and alter work schedules and have the most current staffing of sites and locations. This was also a tool that would notify staff of any site or location alterations

• After transitioning to the Clinical Care sector, outreach to Provider’s in high need locations for Home visits, encouraging availability be submitted in Aces and communicating to Manager if outreach was requested. Also outreached to former Providers of the company to advise of needs in the area(s) in which they are licensed to promote need and opportunities

• Assisted with getting new Provider’s through education, submitting requests for assistance of the Service Desk, MatixU and QuantaFlo

• Assisted in the roll out of Clinical Care Immersion (CCI), which offers a live virtual classroom to new and former Providers to participate with questions and/answers. Encouraged the benefit of CCI in terms of training and readiness for the field

• Was requested, scheduled and successfully completed the CCI class which would benefit our team and offer better service to our Providers with assistance, understanding and knowledge of the training

• Assist Providers with expeditiously completing the education portion of onboarding for both CCI and Independent Track education
