Experience

Information Security Experience:

At the request of Management, served as Team Lead for Information Security in addition to primary job responsibilities. This role includes but is not limited to: daily monitoring of the Life Team’s ACD phone stats and work load; weekly reporting of ACD results; and monthly Quality Review reports for all business units.

Proficient in systems administration including, but not limited to, RACF, Active Directory, UNIX/SQL, ITIM, Business Objects and Citrix.

Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality – work with financial banking applications for high profile companies such as JPMorgan, Bank of America and Federal Reserve.

Excellent organizational skills – managing multiple projects in addition to daily work responsibilities.

Provide support for major system releases, requiring extensive knowledge of all security applications, troubleshooting skills and the ability to think outside the box to obtain resolution.

Serve as a resource for the team with questions and assistance on difficult requests.

Administrative Experience:

Served as Administrative Assistant for approximately 300 Customer Service associates, and directly supported the Customer Service Office management staff. Duties included, but not limited to:

oMaintenance of divisional and personnel files.

oScheduling meeting, taking phone calls and daily management of managers’ calendars and email.

oInput associate attendance, overtime hours, part-time hours, and resolved any payroll issues.

oCoordinated supplies for the Call Center associates. This included monitoring and maintaining, ordering and distribution.

oAssisted management with coordination of special projects, such as employee recognition events and mandatory associate training classes.

oAssisted Work Force Management, area responsible for cross-site day to day facilitation and forecasting of Call Centers with 1000+ associates.

Professional Accomplishments

Vendor Relationship Management

Selected as lead for significant key vendor access projects including the initial start-up and build out of access requirements for new vendor sites (both domestic and international) and functions, across business units.

Provide core and after hours support to Service Provider Governance (the Prudential vendor relationship management team for vendors).

CSO Support

Partnered with the (CSO) Customer Service Office support group on major projects and releases, requiring coordination with multiple business partners. Projects include Lotus Notes upgrades, CSO Desktop to Citrix conversions, and staged releases for company-wide systems upgrades.

Considered a SME resource for troubleshooting CSO issues.

Risk Management Move

Coordinated move of Risk Management from (CTM) Corporate Technology Management to (FM) Financial Management business group.

Managed detailed project plan to ensure each task was completed in accordance with identified timeline.

Assigned and coordinated tasks amongst team members.

Established communication methodology to ensure executives were kept apprised of the progress achieved each week.
