Hired by startup developer of automated water quality data collection, analysis, and control systems to lead new SaaS product development and client implementation and support. Managed on- / offshore team in translating customer needs into new products, outsourcing production, and integrating solutions with customer systems.

Delivered first release of WaterNOW™ service software within 12-month deadline and $1.9M budget, capturing accounts with large US cities, and adding key technology that led to 2008 acquisition of Sensicore by GE Water.

DIRECTOR OF SOLUTIONS MANAGEMENT 1996 – 2004

Managed product planning, marketing, and client deployment and support for global operations and supply chain solutions provider to petroleum and chemical industry clients. Managed 15 project managers and systems engineers plus offshore development team.

Developed and implemented SaaS supply chain solution for global paint manufacturer slashing client annual working capital by $120M and generating 3-year, $3.4M revenue stream for Aspen.
