Providing form of Work Inspection Request to Respective Zone Engineer accordingly.

Preparing form for Material Inspection request with all necessary documents to take approval of the delivered material at site and maintain record of all approved and Rejected material to maintain quality of project.

Preparing form of Damages/Damage claim and keeping record for the same.

Preparing record of NCR (Non Conformance Record) and forwarding to QA/QC Manager.

Collecting Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and submitting to QA/QC Manager.

Maintaining all types of log (i.e. Work Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Non Conformance Record, Damages, QC Letters)

Maintaining incoming and outgoing files, faxes / letters and etc.

Noting Minutes of meeting for Project Director.

Maintaining Minutes of Meeting records and distributing to the concern Engineers.

Typing BOQ [Bill of Quantities].
