Obtain development calendar from customer and work closely with suppliers in order to develop fabric & trims.
Once tech pack is received conduct development meeting with relevant parties in order to feasibility of style and sampling.
Negotiate cost with suppliers and relevant parties in order to ensure competitive costing’s are provided to customer to bringing new orders to the company.
Negotiate MCQ/ MOQ / surcharges with suppliers in order to offer competitive price to the customer.
Following upon the sampling process to obtain customer approvals
(Proto, Salesman, Fit & PP samples) in a timely and effective manner.
Work with supplier & planning department to reserve the production capacity and confirm time and action plan once the order projection is sent.
Follow up in order to make sure lab dip approval is given for the fabrics and trims and garment-testing approvals are obtained.
Ensure accurate costing’s are done.
Attending to the PP meeting in order to inform the factory of the order and provide necessary information.
Conduct style hand over meetings to relevant departments in order to brief them on the costing for the style, delivery details & deadlines.
