Senior Scrum Master 2014 - 2024

Steered development teams in Scaled SAFe Agile. Drove iteration and architectural planning with Release Train Engineer (RTE), stakeholders, developers, and testing teams. Headed several development and infrastructure initiatives through use of Agile methodologies. Headed teams with both Kanban and Scrum approaches. Oversaw development teams that supported Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP) sales in Scaled SAFe Agile. Led teams to quickly and with quality modify call center application to be used by retail sales team during Covid pandemic.
