Timely and safe receipt of your Form W-2 (“W-2”), Wage and Tax Statement is as important as the timely and safe receipt of your pay. You have the opportunity to obtain your W-2 electronically via email and online through our self-service website. Please note, to be eligible for this access you must register for the self-service website and set up security questions. This service provides:

Free & Immediate Access – Copies of your W-2 are provided free of charge. You can print any available electronic W2 whenever you need, and as often as you want for free.

Quicker Delivery – Get your W-2 sooner. You could receive your electronic W-2 faster than waiting for the paper W-2 to be mailed.

Safe & Secure Environment – Your W-2 and your personal information is safe and secure because access to your file is limited by the use of your own personal identification number (PIN).

I consent to the receipt of an electronic W-2 via email and online delivery. By checking this box, I consent electronically to the receipt of an electronic W-2 via email. I am aware that by selecting this option, I will not receive a paper copy of my W-2. I understand that my access will be safe and secured through a PIN that will be provided to me when requesting the W2.

I consent to the receipt of an electronic W-2 via online delivery ONLY. By checking this box, I consent electronically to the receipt of an electronic W-2 via the self- service website only and one will not be emailed. I am also aware that by selecting this option, I will not receive a paper copy of my W-2. I understand that my access will be safe and secured through a PIN that will be provided to me when requesting the W2.

I do not consent to the receipt of an electronic W-2 at this time. By checking this box, I am electronically declining the option to receive an electronic W-2. I am aware that by selecting this option I will receive only one paper copy of my W-2 via mail. I acknowledge there is an identity theft risk involved in mailing the W-2, which contains sensitive personal information.

A PDF version of the W-2 will be emailed to the employee and made available on the self- service website. After you submit your consent to receive an electronic W-2, it will remain valid until you submit a withdrawal of your consent or fail to set up security questions in the Self Service portal. This withdrawal will not apply to any previously issued Forms W-2. You will need to consent before December 31st of the current year and register for the self-service portal and add security questions to receive only an electronic copy. If you consent after January 1st you will receive both a paper copy and an electronic version. PLEASE NOTE: Your online access to your electronic W-2s is discontinued two (2) years after your termination date. You are advised to print or download your electronic W-2s prior to the discontinuation of your access. For prior years, please contact the Randstad Help Desk. The IRS requires us to provide 4 years of W-2s.

In order to change your consent status so that you receive your W-2 electronically or to withdraw your consent to receipt of an electronic W-2, you will need to log into Randstad’s Self Service website* by going to www.workplace.randstad.com. On the home page, go to the menu on the left hand side of the screen. Under the Payroll section, click on the link for “Electronic W-2 consent” to make a change to your election.

If an employee does not consent, they will continue to receive a paper copy of the W- 2 through the mail.

An employee who has moved residence in the year and elected to receive a paper copy will need to update their address before December 31st in order for the W-2 to be mailed to the correct address. Any address changes after January 1st will not be processed. This will cause the W-2 to be sent to the previously provided address. You will need to log into Randstad’s Self Service website* to update your address by going to www.workplace.randstad.com. On the home page, go to the menu on the left hand side of the screen. Under Personal Information, please click on Update Personal information and proceed to make your changes.
