Stablish USA and Canadians Brands (Video Access Control, VMS, Perimeter security systems) in the LATAM Market
Create a new set of Distributors and dealers in the region.
Our Florida office to become the main point between the USA and Canadian brands we represent in the LATAM region.
Results at Salto
Region was managed from US and as part of the US responsibility using 3 local dealers for the whole region and 1 distributor.
2012 CALA sales regional growth was more than 500% in 5 months; additionally 12 new certified integrators and 1 distributor were added reaching presence in 7 new countries.
2013 CALA Sales growth was 118.2%. We also added 14 new integrators and 3 distributors reaching a full regional presence in CALA.
2014 was at 75% of the 120% target for the year.
2 new managers hired reporting to me and 1 bilingual tech support
Development plan for a full localization project for all the products.
2015 was 26.5% growth and multiply our presence by double with local integrators and 3 more distributors.
