I intended the Medically Assisted Procreation laboratory which Prof. Carlo Trotta researcher, and Head of the Laboratory of medically assisted procreation. During this period from 01/12/2011 to 01/03/2012, I participated in seminars and theorical techniques learned in PMA laboratory:
* Cycles FIVET et ICSI.
* Analysis of standard semen.
* Surveys morpho-functional sperm for intrauterine insemination, IUI.
* Preparation of samples for seminal TESE.
* Techniques of sperm preparation for IVF and ICSI
* Pick-up oocytes
* Methods of preparation of oocytes for IVF / ET and ICSI
* Analysis Morpho-functional & retreval oocytes for PMA technics.
* cryopreservation techniques and vitrification of oocytes.
* Techniques of in vitro fertilization
* Valutation grade of maturity of oocytes and embryos
* Culture of embryos and subsequently transfer.
