Equipment/Instrument Experience:

Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing. IPC certified, ESD certified. Surface plate set-up, height gages, micrometers (inside, O.D, thread, depth, etc.) Cadillac gage, dial indicators, Vernier instruments, jo blocks, angle plates, deltronic/gage pins, protractors, location thread gages (jo-plugs), Optical comparators, profilometers. Coordinate measuring machines; Zeiss (U-soft and calypso software), DEA, Mitutoyo (Geopack 500, 1000,2000,PC Demis & M cosmo), Brown and Sharpe and also two and three axis ram optical systems. Knowledge of ansi/asme y 14.5.

This class required me to solder components onto a PCB and inspect it using MIL STD's. I also was responsible for inspection of igniters that were assembled onto rocket boosters and machined parts using military standards. Fist article inspection, receiving inspection and metrology.
