• After completing and updating any allergies and the members updated prescriptions along with the correct dosage and frequency of their taken their prescriptions and over the counter vitamins and supplements would warm transfer the member to a Pharmacist, so that they could conduct the completion of the medication review and a copy of said completed medication list and review would then be mailed out to the member for their personal records.
