-Played a pivotal role in transitioning to a new payroll company and implementing a new software system alongside maintaining and vigorously updating employee data and time off management system manually.

-Updating new contracts of the returning employees and creating excel sheet of new salary and benefits deductions for the payroll processes.

-Provided comprehensive support for a smooth and efficient transition to the new payroll company.

Resolution of Portal Challenges:

-Addressing the issue of minimal to non-functional HR portals, including Metlife, Peip portal, TRA, and PERA, I ensured their accessibility and relevance to our current employee roster. This proactive approach enhanced overall HR functionality.

-Continuously updating the Resource and Implementation portal, HR section, with new health plan information and new forms and policies.
