WORLD GOLD COUNCIL 2014 – 2018 Controller – Head of Global Fund Operations & SEC Financial Reporting: The World Gold Council is the market development organization for the gold industry.

• Charged with the reporting, accounting, and operations for the SPDR Gold Trust (“GLD”)

– listed on NYSE Arca and foreign exchanges.

• Completed SEC registration statements and launched new family of currency-based Gold Funds.

• Prepared SEC and foreign regulatory reporting including 10Q quarterly filings, 10K annual filings, and ongoing maintenance, development, and compliance with SOX.

• Managed SEC Reporting including consolidated 10Q quarterly filings, 10K annual filings and development, implementation, and compliance with SOX.

• Led FINRA Reporting including monthly FOCUS preparation, review and filing. Registered FinOp and financial liaison to FINRA.

• Implemented Microsoft Solutions ERP system, management reporting processes, corporate equity management system (ESOP) and accounting policies and procedures. • Served as the company’s first CFO, tasked with the monitoring and reporting on Venture Capital / Growth Equity portfolio companies under the firm’s management.

• Responsibility for cash management, planning and investment activities for several Family Office related entities and Offshore Trusts.

• Responsibility of tax preparation and planning for all Family members and related entities within the Family Office organization.

• Responsibility for the management and administration of the Family’s estate which included fully staffed locations in New York, West Palm Beach, FL and Paris, fully staffed 93ft Yacht, Dassault Falcon 50X corporate jet and Sikorsky S-76b Helicopter with fully staff flight and maintenance groups.

• Responsible for the monitoring negotiation and facilitation of debt covenants, lines of credit, mortgages, leases, insurances, vendor management and payment of all accounts payable.

• Administered fund accounting, control, and reporting of multiple domestic and offshore entities (LP’s, LLC’s and Ltd.’s.) that held the firm’s investments as well as General Partner entities.

• Coordinated with the firms outside counsel on all LP/LLC agreements, investor subscription documents and all other legal/regulatory filings.

• Accountable for administering the investing activities, accounting, tax planning and reporting and general oversight of the Schulhof Family Office.

• Responsibility for the monitoring and facilitation of debt covenants, lines of credit, leases, mortgages, property, and casualty insurance of all fixed assets.

• Coordinated, prepared, and reviewed all partnership tax filings, including the preparation and distribution of periodic tax estimates, capital account allocations and Schedule K-1’s.

• Managed and oversaw accounting and operational due diligence on target acquisitions.

• Coordinated the firm’s annual audit and tax return filings with respective accounting firms.

• Responsible for all financial aspects of the CEO’s and President’s Family Office operations, including the maintenance and monitoring of several offshore trust vehicles, debt covenants, cash flow management, budget and forecasting and personal insurance programs, tax planning, reporting and filings.

• Responsible for the financial aspects and served as CFO of the Martin D. Sass Charitable Organization.

• Responsible for books and records, financial, tax and client reporting for 250+ separate accounts and 25+ limited partnership’s consisting of private equity and hedge fund vehicles.

• Led the coordination, partial preparation, review and filing of individual, trust and corporate tax returns for the global organization and ownership group.

• Responsible for the books and records, financial and tax reporting for several Registered Investment Advisors, numerous privately held LLC’s and a single Broker-Dealer.
