The QA/QC Lead supervisor is responsible for executing Air Products Quality Management System and coordinating customer feedback, complaints and addressing their needs. Additionally, investigate nonconformities, monitor quality management implementation process, carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, and ensuring our products’ quality aligns with AP standards and meet customers’ expectations.

Quality Management

Operation Quality Process

Support operation system improvement.

Job Overview:

Responsible & accountable, supervisory for al/ project engineering and procurement quality assurance related activities including project quality management system and ensure compliance of supplier provided products/service to the requirements of the contract. Possess strong knowledge and interpreting international design codes and material standards like ASME Section VIII Div. 1, ASME Section 1, ASME Section IX and ASME Section V and API, ASME 31.3, ASME B31.8, ASTM standards for ensuring the product compliance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Liaise with engineering groups, PMT, procurement, vendor inspection and customer to ensure customer specifications and relevant codes and standards requirements are integrated into the engineering and vendor data documents of supplied products.
