Paul J. Dompier
OBJECTIVE
Searching for a lead or supervisory role in production and manufacturing services.
In my various roles throughout my career, I worked to maintain a friendly and open communication system for my work both as a supervisor and a support technician. My goal was to lead by example to encourage others and help make everyone’s jobs run smoother. I covered machine operations through lunch and breaks to maintain goals of production. I was and remain willing to step outside of my role to help the plant. It is my hope to continue my career with the same ethics I hope are evident now.
