Managing day-to-day breakdown and corrective maintenance for reliability and availability of plant to achieve the KPI targets.

Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery; monitoring MTBF/MTTR, Breakdown Analysis & PM Plan.

Executing the entire gamut of project work including planning & scheduling for various activities; ensuring the execution of projects within time, quality, cost & budgetary parameters.

Reviewing history records of key machines for repeated breakdowns; analysing and carrying out necessary corrective actions (RCAs and report making); providing support during annual shutdown, maintenance work & overhauling of equipment.
