A $90M+ project that implemented a sustainable and scalable Order Management System (OMS) that will allow for continued expansion of enterprise growth while enhancing efficiency and order throughout. This project takes advantage of the latest version of Manhattan's OMS, called Active Omni. This improved platform ensured that L Brands Mast Global Digital had a modernized technology landscape in place when the OMS is implemented, aiding L Brands to remain competitive in the marketplace. Managed and drove the Master Data, Pricing, Promotions, OMS Customer Service, OMS Warehouse Management, Information Security, the overall project financials, and the overall project plan.

Managed Direct and Store Channel Pricing and Promotions project associated with the larger Enterprise Domestic Order Management (OMS) replacement project from start through implementation including scope definition, team organization, plan, schedule, and financial maintenance. Drove the team to planned project milestones and budget expectations and provided project visibility. This project was focused on implementing a modern pricing and promotion solution. Management of the project included a $6.3M budget, and a core team of 20 including internal, external, and offshore resources.

Managed the SAP Financials project associated with the larger Enterprise Domestic Order Management (OMS) replacement project from start through implementation including scope definition, team organization, plan, schedule, and financial maintenance. Drove the team to planned project milestones and budget expectations and provided project visibility. The project was focused on migrating digital channel transactions for Inventory / Stock Ledger and Sales Accounting from mainframe to SAP and streamlining the process for purchase orders by leveraging Unit Flow that then requests that orders be created in SAP and sends that information to the new OMS. Management of the project included a $4.3M budget, and a core team of 40 including internal, external, and offshore resources.

Managed Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works Store Video Network Balance of Chain Roll-Out project from approval through implementation including scope definition, team organization, and plan and schedule creation. Drove the team to planned project milestones and budget expectations and provided project visibility. Project is focused on the deployment of new traffic counters and observation cameras in all Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works stores worldwide. Management of the project included a $21M budget, and a core team of 65 including internal, external, and offshore resources.

Managed EMV Domestic Implementation project from approval through development including scope definition, team organization, and plan and schedule creation. Drove the team to planned project milestones and budget expectations and provided project visibility. The objective of this project was to implement the capability to process EMV/Chip and PIN transactions in domestic US Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works stores. Management of the project included a $1M budget, and a core team of 25 including internal, external, and offshore resources.

Managed Accruent Technical Upgrade project from approval through implementation including scope definition, team organization, and plan and schedule creation. Drove the team to planned project milestones and budget expectations and provided project visibility. The objective of this project was to update the legacy version of Accruent to the next available technical model.
