My name is Yunia Duartes Hernández, I have a University education level since I have a Bachelor's degree in Law obtained on June 11, 2011 issued by the University in Pinar del Río, which I was practicing for 12 years until April 2019, I left Cuba and arrived in this country where I have lived for 6 years and since I arrived I have gone through several jobs. I have worked in a warehouse in the picking and packing area, using a scanner and keeping track of parts on the computer. I did this job working for the Yussen Logistic company in Miami.

I also worked for a company called Ultrapanel also located in Miami, assembling panels for boats, working with cable cutting tools, measuring and also using electric drills among others, where I gained experience working with electric tools

I have also worked in both Residential and Commercial cleaning with the cleaning companies Authority as well as Cambridge, both full time and Partime, cleaning offices as well as specifically at the Toyota Dealer in West Palm Beach located in Congress.

I also have four certifications, these being primarily as an Emigration Paralegal in addition to the certifications in U Visa training, defensive asylum, and immigration clinic, issued by the Paralegal Institute of America located in Coral Gables in Miami. I have knowledge in addition to the I work with the computer with Words Office, Excel etc.

The reasons for traveling through all these places were motivated by changes in housing and others seeking salary improvement.
